The Holistic Approach to Animal Health and Nutrition.
Developed by veterinary surgeon, John Burns. The main protein sources in BURNS are chicken, lamb, fish, venison and duck which are nutritious and highly digestible. It contains no added pharmacologically active supplements or ingredients and is gluten free, as it is based on brown rice.
The benefits of feeding BURNS real food include;
It is more palatable than many dried foods, so can be enjoyed even by fussy dogs and cats.
Feeding BURNS real food really is economical e.g. a medium sized dog of 20 kilograms costs roughly 50p per day (0.80 euros per day)
Because BURNS real food is a low residue food there is less to clean up, which is good for the environment.
